Assistance / Facilities to candidates

In order to provide timely information to the candidates about their applications, or the entrance test, or the results thereof, COMEDK has made the following arrangements:

The Contact number is +91-80-41132810. Comedk Office is operational from 10:30AM to 5:00PM, Monday to Friday, and from 10:30AM to 1:00PM on Saturdays. COMEDK Office is not operational on Sundays and other public holidays.

Candidates can send their queries through E-mail at pget@comedk.org or can fax the same to +91-80-23568309.

COMEDK has set up a website to facilitate information dissemination among the candidates. The website contains all the information available in this brochure. The website contains information pertaining to the Member Institutions, the courses offered, and other relevant details.

In addition, candidates have been provided with a facility to check the status of their application in the various stages of their application processing. The candidate will have to click on the link indicating “Applicant Login” on the home page of the website. They can login to the system by entering their Application Number and their Date of Birth as mentioned in their application form. After the login is successful, the candidates will be provided with various information such as, one’s application details, latest status of their application for taking the test, the status of their Test Admission Ticket (TAT), the details of one’s test centre (address), and other alerts / information as specific to the candidate.

No personal Queries will be entertained. The communication can be made only through Fax or Email.

	The process enlisted in this brochure, is based on guidelines prescribed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and statutory bodies. Any changes indicated by the statutory bodies during the COMEDK PGET-2012 process are binding on COMEDK for implementation.
	Disputes, if any, are subject to the competent courts/consumer forums located in the jurisdiction of Bangalore city only.
	All documents relating to COMEDK PGET-2012 will be retained for a period of two years only. Hence any dispute beyond two years from the date of COMEDK PGET-2012 cannot be entertained.
