Mysuru Royal Institute of Technology (MRIT) is an engineering college established in the year 2015 by the Mysore Royal Education Trust(MRET), Mandya. It is 5 kilometres away from Shrirangapattana and 10 kilometres from Mysuru bus stand. The founders of the college are all eminent retired professors of engineering colleges.
